CURRENTLYDesigning for web and apps, maintaining the IDRL website, and learning with every project.

STUDY / FINAL YEAREconomics Informatics student at ASE Bucharest.

I’m Noor, a designer and developer who likes turning ideas into useful digital things.

I design websites, apps, software and logos, and build ideas into working digital products. I also enjoy experimenting with vibe coding. At Informality, I led the design of the website and visual identity for the Informality Data Research Lab.

I’m from Baghdad and study in Bucharest. My work brings together visual design, development, and animation.

I’m studying Economics Informatics at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies. I’d like to become a data analyst in the future, and I’m especially interested in using statistics to study Iraq’s shadow economy.

I’m fluent in Arabic, English and Romanian. I’m also an entrepreneur and manage my retail store in Piața Obor.
